AI loves huge amoiunts of data if it has structure (something humans are not good at)
there is structure in natures chalenges - eg biotech discoveries or scasnning what inside your body has stopped opearting
when data has structure ai may use tokens to turn that sytructure into a perfenct game - and then be botth the referee and part player of that game
(this suggetss 1) ai may not be usful in a siruation which doesnt have structure or where the ai hasnt been guiven deep enough intital dat to train on it)

—tokens are the populating pieces AI uses to help humans "play the game optimally":
- Game Analogy: In chess, pawns and rooks are tokens—AI picks them to checkmate. In "Road of Things," “stop” and “turn” are tokens—HALOS wins by avoiding crashes. In Amazon, “pick” and “pack” win by shipping fast.
- Human Role: We’re players; AI’s the coach—handing us tokens to score. HALOS gives drivers “slow,” Amazon gives workers “move”—optimizing our moves.
- Huang’s Mission: NVIDIA generates these tokens (NeMo, HALOS)—partners like Ambani (JioBrain) or LeCun (LLaMA) refine them for context. It’s not pixels (ImageNet’s game); it’s decisions.
