4 Can education be solution millennials need to being first renewable generation

Ironically every decade since co-authoring 2025 report 1983 _hypothesis transforimg educxation (and mental health systems) necesary for 21st c youth to renew generations we peoples have needed to unite at least 100 times more brainpower to stop govs spening more on war than education and peace



This seems to be becuase of many things system of edu  graviates- all need a coherent long term place leader not one elected on 4 year cycles


assuuming we agree that up to some age (11 or 15 or ..) a being needs support not total interdependence then edu needs to be more of a giv service than a businees even if busineess is only wat innovation scales

missing human intel or neurosciebce curricula -ef others cultyres - or what will happen next to my body from pre-adolescence up

consistent rise of place productivuty depends on non linear education- unlike the empire system that linearly failed more & more people up the grades, non-linwar intervenes at any age if you want a skill to woek; also it is totall untrie that we need 4 days weeks etc; i dont know any community anywghere that does need more health and cleanlimess servamts but we haven't worked out how ro reward such vital work even as yes we need brilliant virtal intel workers too but united by servant leaders

reward systems at almost every grade of gov edu are wrong: are teachers free to ask how wil ai change the next 7 years of the kids/grade i teach; are teachers awarded differentially if they help a class of xx change a community's world connectivity

when we say transfornmation of education that means every discipli=lune helping or more accurarely seeing how in turn that changes action learning that discipline

spending most of a persons life od learning in standasd classroom exam is either dumbest or most evil thiong you can do- we just about see that eg sports or music people have to practice flow- thats even more true of maths, coders, engineers as well as community service

Professional monopolies not yet aligned with Einstein's deep maths pyblished 1905 on errors of being ruled by Newtonian science as opposed to nature's (if 3 wonderful eyeopeners to inteligence see Hassabis partnerships to help correct this crisis expected to be impossible  to resolve if we dont huury up and value abundant clean resources ultimate replaement of carbons chokepoumts)

Education is my passion (needs to be of parents, communities) but I have only spent about 4 year formally employed in education (discuss advantages/disadvantages - when a system needs transformation it needs friendly outsiders as well as insiders - see eg education laureates network 2-out of Hong Kong Yudan Prizes - each year an overall laureate inside & outside (eg technologists, or nation builders). The idea of prize 2 was inspired by Bangladesh - originally Abed, but as of fall 2024 Abed has been dead for 5 years and Muhaammad Yunus responnsiility to roadmap Bangla 2.0 before end of Fall 2024 is equivalent to deadline for every UN sdg crisis - you could say that the first half century of Bangladesh empowered women to communally apply education & mobile & green tech; to build the nation and Yunus/Abed were the 2 primary collaboration architects of this miraculous model of development economics)
